Mediation
Most people that employ staff end up attending a mediation to talk about problems that have come up. It may be that an employee has a problem with the way they were treated, or an issue around the way they left the business. In some situations you may want to enforce a restraint of trade, or simply get mediation involved for an independent third party look at the situation, we'll support you through the process.
We have years of experience attending mediation with employers, at times we use our HR support team, other times we use an employment lawyer. This all depends on what will work best for you in the situation.
One thing to remember is always talk to us as early in the process as possible so that we can make sure the processes you follow will get the best outcome possible.
