Dismissal

This is when you make a decision to end someones employment.  It could be for a whole lot of reasons, often because the employee has done something so serious that you don't think you can work together anymore.

Giving someone the sack may sound simple, however there are some important things you must do to make sure you don't end up in trouble with the law and in mediation or going to court.
