Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the items returned are in the original condition. We offer an exchange or refund; whichever you prefer. In-stock items for exchange will be sent as soon as returned merchandise has been received and the order processed.

The cost of delivery for returns is at your cost and for you to arrange, except when an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In these instances, we will pay all courier costs.

Courier or Postage costs incurred by you for return of non-faulty and non-damaged goods is not refundable.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery company is "NZ Couriers" and we use their "signature required service". It is always our intention to process your order by close of business on the day we receive it. In the normal course of events you should receive your order within 10 to 14 days.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery. We suggest you allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery. Should you require something urgently then please contact us by telephone. In the event of non-delivery within this time frame please contact us so that we can track and trace your order.

Compensation payments (GST Inclusive) for loss of, or damage to, courier parcels sent within New Zealand are limited to an all up claim of NZ$1500.00. If the order is for an amount greater than this figure additional cover is your care.
